Who’s this Pip Rae anyway?

Funny Story in my blog about this title.

Pip Rae is a social justice journalist, podcast producer and radio presenter with a background in criminal investigations and social justice advocacy.   She began writing 15 years ago as she journaled her way through PTSD and anxiety whilst undertaking therapy in CBT, mindfulness and post traumatic growth strategies.   Since returning from her life changing trip in New York on Boxing Day 2017, Pip created her radio show, The Hour to Empower and accompanying podcast Elements of Empowerment, wrote several books (still in development), built a Digital Podcast Station and writes an online publication called The Universal Issue after developing her FYID Kit. Having lost herself in the roles of family and work Pip now works with her clients to avoid an identity crisis  and focuses on building confidence and characteristics that consistently recognise self worth.

Pip now leads conversations with business owners by creating a safe space for them to be themselves and tell the stories that build their personal brand and raise their business profile.

What’s On Offer, Looking to Dive Deep

Ask anyone and they might tell you I love a good hearty, heart warming, deep conversation that is focused on saving the world, some might even say I take on the big issues and lead brave discussions about the stuff that matters.  There’s a reason for that.  Trauma!

“What I’ve learnt is that people make choices, they do things for a reason, they behaved in a way based on their own experiences – and they do what they need to do at the time.

My curiosity stems from wanting to know more about people and what was really going on for them in that moment.  It’s not about defending, justifying or explaining the why, but understanding. It’s never about what is wrong, but what happened that made you make that decision. People tell me that I ask the questions no one has ever asked them before – and they find themselves sharing what they have only ever thought inside their own head. Stories, Memories and Opinions make up the life we’ve lived – no judgement here.”
